When a resident moves in to the home, we engage with them and establish their personal preferences and nutritional needs. While our menus are varied, nutritional content is carefully considered as well.

On admission the Chef meets with each new resident and completes a catering preference form. This enables our catering team to establish our resident likes and dislikes and also enables the catering department to work closely with our care team.
There is always a choice of menus available at meal times, and residents are regularly asked for their thoughts, ideas and suggestions with a view to improving upon the existing menus.
Good nutrition is a vital part of our care provision, and our talented chef creates everything from new exciting dishes to old favourites using fresh seasonal produce, which are locally sourced whenever possible.
